Conditions for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be purchased directly from Hasoori (verified by order confirmation email, invoice, or shipping label).
- The product must be incorrect in size/color, damaged, or have a manufacturing defect.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all items such as the warranty card, usage guide, and accessories.
Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been used after receipt.
- The customer has changed their mind about the product.
- The product received matches the size/color as described at the time of purchase.
Return Procedure
If your return is confirmed as eligible, please follow these steps:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
